Audiofeels

I've learnt that not everyone knows "Audiofeels". Well, to begin with, it's a band consisting of eight young handsome boys :D They're members of The Academic Choir of our University. Once, their conductor encouraged them to use their voices in an unusual way. Now, they are able not only to sing, but also to provide for the whole band. In spite of not using any instruments, they sound outstanding! For me, their music is thrilling.
How did I become a fan of them? They took part in a TV show "Mam talent". I don't normally watch such programms, but my brother does and has shown them to me. I was delighted! Their music is so powerful and positive! Let's listen and enjoy:

That's the song that was presented during the first phase of "Mam talent". The jury (Małgorzata Foremniak, Agnieszka Chylińska and Kuba Wojewódzki) said "Yes" to them. What about you? Not convinced? Try this one:

Hope you like it!

By the way, the final concert of "Mam talent" is on Suturday, so if you don't have any plans, you can watch them in action ;)

Kolejowa street

That's the picture which I was mentioning. I think we just look cute, don't we? :) Despite the fact that we're walking along a big street, we feel safe and happy in our peaceful village. And now? Almost every morning we're scared to cross the same street as it's so busy.

My Skórzewo

When I think of Skórzewo, where I have lived since the birth, I have a picture of a lovely and peaceful village when everybody knows each other. And when I look at the photos from my early childhood, it really is like that: I’m walking with my one-year old brother along one of the biggest roads in Skórzewo and you can scarcely see a car… I perfectly remember the time when the pavement was built there! It was only a beginning of Skórzewo’s growth. Can you imagine I had almost no neighbours? And it was fantastic: so much space to play on! Nowadays, more and more people are moving to Skórzewo. We have many shops (including two Żabkas and one Chata Polska), banks, restaurants, housing estates, hairdresser’s and solariums. I like its new image, as it is more civilized :) but I will always associate Skórzewo with quietness. And I will always find it in my big and cosy garden. I love both resting and studying there. In appreciation of my father’s and grandfather’s work I’m posting two pictures of my garden in the summer.

OK, I have to admit there is one thing I just can’t stand in Skórzewo: a bus stop. It’s 15 minutes from my house and the bus (77) goes every half an hour, so you can’t be late. Despite Skórzewo’s growth, nothing is changing in this matter, unfortunately.
